Depression and exercises

Depression tends to make a body weak, lethargic and even tired. The person suffering from depression might never want to get up. He would love staying in the bed and even reduces any physical work. There are many medicines that are available for curing depression in a person, the first step is to visit a doctor and get a sound medical checkup done. Apart from doctor’s advice and medicines a person can even go for exercises, these are also helpful in treating depression.
