Connections between Your Food, Depression and Anxiety

Nowadays anxiety and depression may have a large number of causes. For some people depression is caused by financial problems, social and familial problems, diseases or loss of a beloved person. In order to keep depression and anxiety away from ourselves we should have self respect, to know our limits and to feel good on what we are and who we are. In this sense a strong spiritual life will help us get over the daily small battles.

They only know basically that some aliments may be damaging but what they ignore is that some kinds of food may represent sources for anxiety and depression. Nowadays fruits and vegetables are grown in devitalized soil and more than that, they are over processed. The animals were fed with grass instead of pesticide – sprayed grains and hormones. Today, instead of nutrients we can find toxins in foods that can cause deficiencies and diseases.

Food definitely plays an important role in the apparition of anxiety, depression and other diseases. Everyone should know how to change that.
